Baby has not dropped yet however I am having painful cramps.. should I be worried? I can't go into labor before he drops right? The internet is giving me a lot of answers.. I don't meet my new doctor till Tuesday.. Id like some comments before I call labor and delivery.. baby is okay he is kicking and moving around .

@sawyersmom, Braxton hicks can be painful?? No water/discharge or anything.. just a lot of cramps

Have you tried drinking water and propping your feet up to see if anything changes

Yes you can go into labor before baby "drops". If you're in a considerable amount of pain I'd call your OB. No bleeding is a good sign. Your body could just be preparing for labor. I had some strong contractions a few times where I thought "this is it".

@jacesterlingsmommy, no blood no mucus no discharge of any kind... just consistent cramps .... I took some Tylenol
