Yeah i think its me switching bath products that his skin is drying out like that thanks @jeanetta25,

Do you have him in the sun without pants on ? If not I don't think its sunburn you would have to really had him sitting in the sun for awhile for someone of his complexion to burn and peel as such . it can be a reaction to lotion or soap laundry detergents anything can be drying out his skin . My son skin use to peel like that when I would change back and forth between body products . Try to stick with one product and see if it helps his skin clear up .

So it wouldnt have anything to do with bath wash that he using and me having to change it every now and then ?
