6 weeks in and I haven gained any weight yet, still down 4 lbs! I know it's early still and I'll gain weight but I'm just trying to enjoy it while it lasts

Still losing weight.. Let me just start by saying that im in no rush to gain weight lol. But i gained 2lbs when i was 11 weeks. Just weighed myself today at 14w4d & i lost 5lbs! I dont get it. Any other mamas gain and then lose?
What do you mommas recommend for weight gain in a toddler? My son just had surgery and lost a lot of weight so i wanna help him gain some weight.
