How much would you charge someone. If you watched their 9 month old from 6:30pm- 1:40am. I wasn't expecting to get paid I was babysitting just to be nice but the parents want to pay me tomorrow and said they would text me tomorrow because they didn't have a chance to get cash. My husband keeps asking me how much I should charge them but to be honest it's way to early to even think of that.

Idk the going rate for babysitters these days. I'm pretty sure when I babysat back in 2007 I got like 8 an hour or so. And that was above minimum wage. I'd do atleast 10 an hour. Most of the time it was talked about what the pay would be before I babysat. If anything just go based on what minimum wage is in your state if you don't want to ask for more.

I'd say 50. You have a baby of your own and weren't expecting to keep their child. Plus you said their kid was up all night and you have your child on a sleeping schedule. So it isn't like it was an easy task or something you were used to.
