Ok mommas I need advice ASAP I've been having pain in my right boob went to doctor she said it look alittle red but to put heat and massage every time I breastfeed or pump I was doing that but now I'm feeling light headed and alittle week there is a red spot the size of a lemon by my nipple where the pain is took my temp it was 102. I did just get out of hot bath so was wondering if I should go to the ER for this possibly being mastitis or wait until Monday when my obgyn is open
