Every time. After a few times it stopped hurting and was all normal again. My SO knew to be easy on me because of it but it still hurt pretty bad. @ceasethebaby just know that it'll more than likely hurt the next few times.

Mine hurt a lot too but I seriously didn't and couldn't do anything for like two months from my csection. Plus I bled for like 8 weeks or more so my hubby had to wait a long time

@kgagnon, I was too. I'm worried about getting pregnant again too. I'm not on any birth control because the one the doctor wanted me to take will dry out my milk and we don't use condoms because he's uncircumcised and every time we did before they just ripped.

When you first do it I suggest you be on top so you have complete control.

Afterwards I peed and it burned a little and later that night I started to spot because of vaginal dryness from my body producing a lot of estrogen from breastfeeding.
