Wet pants after Braxton Hicks contractions — is my water leaking?

So I went to go get pizza for me and hubby after a night of feeling sick and having Braxton hicks contractions and all day today too and I get out and the back of my pants are wet like I peed. I called L&D and they told me if I think I'm leaking my water to come in. And my mom and sister seem to tho k I am so I'm going to get checked
