My newborn won't stay asleep in his crib, he falls Into a deep sleep in my arms and in my bed but when I go to put him down, he wakes up and starts crying !. I always swaddle him and he's fed enough before bed but he still won't stay asleep in there.😞 Idk what to do . He just started doing this last week.

It's normal for a baby to want to be held. That's why I choose to bed share because the baby wants to be close to mom. It's a natural thing. But from what I've read they say it's best to put baby down awake but drowsy so they learn to self soothe.

@rebeccaangleton, I did t with my daughter the first year cause she slept the best that way. I'm talking about sleeping through the night since day 1. My son not so much he slept better alone. It just depends on the baby. He will probably not like it now but he will get used to it eventually! @mamabear22,
