Sorry for the tmi I know every pregnancy is different this is my 3rd pregnancy but second child I woke up this morning pooping and it hurts down there. My stomach hurts and I keep getting pain in my back. And it hurts to get up and to stand. I will be 30 weeks Tuesday

My opinion you should go to the ER immediately to get checked. Better to be safe.
