I want a healthier lifestyle, I want to workout and just to be happy with myself and my life! Idk where to begin 😭

@c54steele, tell me about it 😅, but diet is the HARDEST thing for me to change because I enjoy working out and would have more energy to workout if I actually ate healthy foods
I thought this was one of my posts.... Cause girl i am right there with you. But one im lazy.... Not so much as lazy really but im not looking forward to the pain that comes with building new muscles😧😧
@beebaby, you sound like you know what your doing, please help me 😩. All that sounds awesome except the bike because I don't have one which I need to get because I love riding bikes
I started with walking first, as much as I could stand. No more pop, only water which helped me lose 10lbs alone. After that I started to ride my bike 6 to 8 miles with the baby. I can do 14 without her. Now I go to the gym 3 days a weeks. Weight lifting and cardio. Watch what I eat, no fast food.
That's the biggest issue I have is reminding myself of what I'm suppose to do everyday and keeping myself on track @beebaby

@laciemarie, yes definitely need to do that. I just had a baby 3 weeks ago and I feel like I will just continue on with how my life was going before. Ugh
