Is it OK to travel with my three week old 10 hours on the Amtrak train? Or is it too risky?

I think it's okay just make sure you have everything you need for such a long trip

Definitely plan ahead. I always find it to be the best time to travel. Just don't let everyone touch or hold the baby.

I just don't want her getting sick I'm in southern cali and I would be going to northern cali Sacramento

Try and keep her covered if possible. Wash or sanitize often and she should be good.
