So upset at the fact that I don't produce no more milk , my baby takes all my time and with sleepless nights honestly I would be so tired I wouldn't bump as much . I know I shouldn't have stopped but I would be so tired now I'm regretting it so bad . Is there any way I can get my milk to come back ????
