If the above doesn't work, even my son's homeopathic nurse recommends zinc oxide. I found an all natural organic one made by the Honest company ( I believe) at my natural food store. I only use it around the anus and coconut oil everywhere else.

Mix beeswax, coconut oil, and tea tree oil. It makes an ointment

Coconut oil and let it air out for a bit. Life savor for us!

Also try to let her be without diaper more often after baths and during changes so her butt airs out and gets air.

Sudocrem, it's a German cream you can get on eBay and a huge container, best cream ever. My son diaper rash last a few hours each time so technically never really had a rash since birth

The Honest Co makes good natural products ... they have a diaper rash and healing balm cream. I never used the diaper rash but the healing balm was amazing on my babies
