@cubanese, taught to never to pump and dump. Basically the rule is if your sober enough to drive your okay to nurse your baby, there are strips you can buy tho to test your milk. But the milk can be used for a milk bath and more. So don't throw it out! 😊

Unless you're completely wasted, you can still breastfeed. Even if you're trashed, don't dump the milk. Save it for a bath

You don't need to pump and dump, it leaves on its own. I think the rule is an hour per drink... but honestly unless your drunk, not enough passes to affect your baby. Even then, it's trace amounts.
