When you tell your husband to go give all the kids a bath and he just gets up and does it. That's how it should be. Glad I have a partner who will work 12hrs and come home to do his part here too.

I just thought about it and my DH has NEVER given the kids a bath... bath time is NOT his thing. He also has never had the opportunity to change a poop diaper other than a breastfed NB poop like less than 5 times in 2 years. It seems the girls save their poop for me. Lol

My fiance is the same. I'm a stay at home mom, and he works alot but always helps with our son, couldn't ask for better.

@klynne2616 that's how it should be. I told my husband just because i stay home doesn't give him a free pass on helping around the house or participating in caring for our kids.
