@tiffanyf have you heard of evening primrose oil ? it softens your cervix & helps to dilate & efface . you are 37 weeks tomorrow so you can insert 2-3 a night vaginally & it should help . ive read it also can make your labor shorter
@sims.krista, I've heard of it but wasn't sure how effective it actually was!!i don't get it you just insert a pill in your vagina and it dissolves or what ..
@tiffanyf yes you poke a hole with a needle & put it as far back & high up as you can . ive read a lot of success stories . you don't have to poke a hole if you don't want because it will dissolve . ive been taking 2 by mouth every morning , & 3 vaginally at night . make sure you wear a pad or panty liner because theyre messy . also they smell bad lmao .
@amber1020 I never said I wasnt thankful . ive lost 3 children & have one fallopian tube & one ovary . both my children are miracles . I can voice how I feel without meaning anything negative .
