It's recommended that children rear face until 2 yrs old, but all children must rear face until at least 1 yr of age. Your daughter is at serious risk of fatal injuries if you were to get in a wreck. You're also at risk of getting a fine.

@arivera64 look luv this post was me and my baby having fun.. Period!.. I was not driving nor was she buckled I was home in my driveway playing with my child... also she's number 5 not 1st or 2nd now I appreciate your concerns or whatever you felt you needed to say on my post but thank you I'm sure I got this....

I could tell you weren't actually driving. It's not about her being buckled. It was about the position of the seat. Also, i have 4 kids myself. I'm still not an expert and still take plenty of tips and advice as well as learn new things. That's why i said i wasn't here to bash you. However, you are an adult so you can make your own choices. I just hope the choice you make will be the right one for the safety of your daughter. Have a great night.
