FTM here concerns about my daughter.

She puked this morning. All the milk from last night and the 3 ounces this morning from her mouth, out her nose. She was covered so I didn't care what I was wearing. I took off her diaper then me and her sat in the tub with warm water coming down from the shower head. She's surprisingly doing ok now but it scared the life out me. After I got her clean we stayed in the shower a little bit longer as I rubbed her tummy. Right now she's taking her paci very good and isn't fussing. I don't know if she's sick or if she had too much. Whatever the case may be - what are some tips I could do to help her and hopefully prevent this scare from happening again??
