No its different in every state and every situation. I know many people who smoked through all their pregnancies and cps never got involved. It varies.

Sometimes they don't take the baby completely away they will tell u, u have to give ur baby to one of ur close relative and they will have to monitor u and baby for 30 to 60 days and u will have to take a class to get the child back by urself
