Ugh my lady bits r all swollen to the point it's uncomfortable to walk 😭 they were a tiny bit swollen earlier then I had a BM and after that they got super swollen. Laying down and hoping it helps. Ang suggestions ladies? It doesn't hurt just uncomfortable.

Put ice on it girl and relax don't do too much . It's going to get worse 😩😩😩

@mami1234 I got some ice on it. I actually had a frozen bandana in the freezer from the last really hot night we had I would put them on my neck and that feels rly good against it since it's not super super cold or hard. Not looking fwd to the worse part 😫

@mami1234 upside is at least it's not painful just uncomfortable. But yes the ice def helped. Def will be doing that right away next time
