We live together. He works full time I'll have to come out of work to be here for our daughter cos noone else to look after her. Xx

You should be able to claim child tax credits and possibly working tax credits depending on what he earns. My partner works full time and i stay at home with the kids and we manage so dont panic x

Yeah I get child tax credits it's dropped from £76 to £26 haha and I've sent for a form for the working tax credits still waiting for it not sure if he's entitled or not we shall see I hope so cos I leave work in August needs sorting out rapidly lol x

Thats quite a drop! Have you renewed your tax credit claim? They dropped mone recently from £88.25 to £4.32 which was ridiculous! I rang them and they said it was because they were reviewing my claim. My partner was off work for 5 months last year due to having surgery on his spine so it took them a while to review it but it went back up.

Yeah I know :( they said it's due to his money going up though I don't think I can renew it lol they really received his p60 from his employer since then my money has dropped. I'll have to see I'll ring them tomorrow but I don't think that's the case for me lol

Yeah do ring them. My partner was on 22 grand a year and we received 88.25 a week for two children. They might change it so keep and eye out x

Ring them up and say you want to check your claim and they should sort you out x
