@karina190, no problem !!! Make sure to wash everything , they also sell a spray to spray the bed mattress , couches all the stuff that can't be washed

We did similar but with olive oil. Then the plastic bag and blow dryer for the added heat. We also added tea tree oil which repeals them. Make sure you give treatment to everyone in the family. It's very contagious.

Use mayo mixed with the vinegar. Wont be so harsh on her head. But yeah you gotta get all the eggs, have all bedding and clothing washed. Anything that touches her everyday. Could take weeks.

Have you tried white vinegar on her head ?? That's how my mom cured my Nieces head lice also if you get the lice kit the little comb is what gets them all out including the eggs it works like a charm
