Yes a bit 100.4 rectal temp is considered fever for baby have you tried Motrin?

Try cloths and just let him sleep it off honestly is the best do check every half hour or so make sure it doesn't get super high then I'd go to the clinic try getting Motrin as well if this ever happens again it's good
