Yes bc does mess you up that's why I hate it I was off for years and got better way better I used to have 7 day cycles now they're 3-4 days idk if it was from having kids but I'm not complaining lol @nursemama84,

@skysmommy04 yeah I'm learning it myself. My cycle is short only 4 days, and not heavy at all. I've been on BC most of my life. And took my IUD out about 6 months ago

Could be very possible you can be days off but that's why you have to punch in your days yourself count the days I'm lucky enough to know when I'm ovulating because I get twinges and I know my discharge I'm pretty in tune with my body but it gives you a fertile window if I can pull one out and show what I did I can if you'd like?

@skysmommy04 yeah so am I. I feel like the days it says I'm ovulating I'm not. Seems as tho I ovulate later then it says

I use my days app I've gotten pregnant 3 times off of it and in the beginning I had irregular periods it's legit and very much accurate just download and start on your next period the first day plug it in and it does the rest for you!
