I'm the same as @rosie2013 and @jessicas_mummy7 will stop once he's 12 months and on cows milk xx

I still sterilise whilst using formula because it's not sterile. My LG is nearly 11 months old. Will continue to sterilise her bottles until she moves onto cows milk.

I sterilised until 1 year as even though once they're crawling everything goes in their mouth, milk is a breeding ground for dangerous bacteria so best to wait until their immune system is mature enough. @zoeyoung100,

She has just turned 6m and everything is going in her mouth. I just don't see the point as much with everything else going in her mouth. X

6months with Morgan. 8months with Max. Once their crawling around there's no point in it. Babies actually build up a brilliant immune system as they explore by putting things in their mouth.

I still sterilise graces bottles she's 9 months x

I stopped at about 8 months because she puts EVERYTHING in her mouth 😂 so I didn't see the point anymore... as long as you wash them in hot water it's fine x

I stopped Florence at 8 months she puts everything in her mouth from my dirty shoes to anything she can find on the floor 🤣🤣🤣 so now I just use soapy water and air dry on a rack x

They say you can stop sterilising after a year but personally I still sterilise Caitlin's now xx
