Ouch 😩 my hospital wouldn't let me leave until I had at least once. So it was less than 24 hours after. That shit hurts, no pun intended. 😂

It's healthy to have a poop once a day on a normal basis, so if you're going for lengths of time without it's probably constipation. Which hurts more the longer it takes. If you don't have another one naturally in 24 hours it's probably okay to take the prescription 😮

@typicalwifegirl, naturally I poop like twice a week . I feel it's normal already cause I've always been this way but I know it's not 😩

It's not always uncomfortable, but i think it'd be okay to ask your doctor about whether it's normal or not. Do you eat or drink a lot of dairy by any chance? That's the most common for constipation.

@mommy.ortiz4 I pooped about 4 or 5 days after having my daughter and that was the SCARIEST bathroom visit I have experienced in my entire life lmao 😂 I was in there for a good 45mins while Aubrey's grandma watched her. The did give my stool softeners and they worked great, I was also drinking prune juice which also helped.

I remember how painful it was. Not good.

I drank prime juice for he first time to poop. I just held my nose and swallowed the juice. Didn't know how much to drink so I ended up drinking two cups. Needless to say the constipation went away. I went finally! The stool softeners didn't work for me...

@mommy.ortiz4 Girl I know but it helped trust me lol.

It will be like that for a bit. Take some Colace they have it at the drug store, it will soften the stool and make your experience less painful.
