If it's really bad you should call it in. However I do know that with each pregnancy after cesarean, your scar tissue is thicker and the stretching of your uterus makes it uncomfortable. It can be very normal.

Yes the burning is the sensation caused by the stretching. However, while I'm educated on the topic.....I'm not a doctor so please if you're uncomfortable or worried, call.

Call l&d and describe to them what you're feeling. Because you got pregnant again before Emily was even a year old your uterus might not have been ready for another pregnancy. Have them do an ultrasound on your scar area. Just in case. It could be just regular stretching but it could be something more too. I don't say this to scare you but to let you know it could be something more. If it is more, there would be a possibility of your uterus rupturing and that could kill you. So I would definitely call l&d.
