I'm so emotional tonight. I'm the oldest of 4 girls and I normally take everything in and hold my tongue with my sisters. But this morning I received a message from one of them stating that Ive changed since having my son. I don't have time to talk to her on the phone, I don't go home to visit them nor do I return phone calls. Mind you we're on the phone daily when she's at work. I don't talk on the phone when my Huni is home because I respect our time and his job requires a lot from him. I only answer if it's my parents or if it's a weird time they normally don't call while we're in the bed snoring. Still respecting my Huni, I'm not going to pick up the phone to gossip when he's trying to sleep. Disrespectful, I'll say! We can/do gossip everyday. I'm not jumping on the road because I'm in Texas while my daughter is still in school. I have all summer to visit and they can visit here at anytime. We have more than enough space. I had to tell her since she don't have kids yet, her opinions reflect that but it'll changed when she become a parent. She should respect that and my household. I'm going to do the same with her and her future family.
