I joined a PPD group on Facebook, and oh my God 😢 I finally realize how not alone I am. All of these women - over 2,000 - feel the EXACT same way I am feeling.

I feel bad that they feel that way, I would never want anyone to go through this, but I'm also relieved that I'm not alone in these feelings, you know? 💖
