Ugh I keep on losing weight why am I not gaining any weight what am I doing wrong.

My doctor said I need to gain weight by my 18 week appointment but the way I see it (because I'm going through the same issue) as long as your baby is healthy, your body does what it does!!! Try not to stress because it'll make it worse!

I'm having the same issue. With my son I gained weight no problem but this time I can't gain any I am losing it.
