Lol I sent an email asking about the income requirements for a nice apartment I was looking at...its like triple the rent, so like $4k a month and also requires a credit score of at least 730 or a cosigner with a credit score of that nature.

Girl do NOT move to California. Those are the requirements for literally every apartment here. It's ridiculous. And rent is $1900 or higher for a 2 bedroom. Completely outdated, with carpet, and barely any space. People need to calm the hell down, you're a hideous apartment, not an upgraded house. It's so annoying 😂

@missliss seriously! And houses for rent here in a decent area are at least $2k a month and you have to make 3x the rent. Like...if I made over $6k a month, I probably wouldn't need to rent a house. 🤦♀️
