He really had the nerve to tell me that I've been handed everything my whole life and I haven't earned a thing. HELLOOOO?!?! I worked my ASS off to get into my management position and am getting promoted. He can't even begin to fathom how much I've worked my ass off all while supporting my daughter in my own with little to no financial help from him. I know I shouldn't let what he says bother me but that's been crawling under my skin lately. I've worked for the same company for 5 years now and Have literally started from the bottom. I bought my own car, pay my own bills, pay my own insurance, and am solely financially responsible for myself, and have been since the day I graduated high school. So screw you dude.
