I find it funny how we spent the entire day at the beach. I am the only one that got sunburnt. My daughter got darker but is not red, my husband is fine, and me I notice that my neck, shoulders/arms, and neck are all red and hurt. I asked my husband if we should put sunblock on and he told me "no the suns not out and it's not even hot. We'll be fine." Mhmm more like they don't burn while mom looks like a lobster.

Heat and clouds don't matter at all. 😮 If it's daylight, you should put on sunscreen. UV rays still make it through clouds, and temperature won't ever make a difference. (You can actually get burned worse with snow on the ground than in the summer.) It's not the heat that causes the burn, it's the radiation from the light over longer periods of time.
