So I'm 6 months pregnant and having trouble going to sleep the past few nights. It's like I'm restless for no reason...is this normal??

Your body is used to it. Plus benadryl while it can help you sleep, it's really made for allergies. Taking tylenol pm or unisom is usually better because it's made for sleep rather than sleepiness just being a side effect.

I usually take 2 Benadryl tabs but lately it hasn't been making me go to sleep...

Yes. If you need something Unisom, tylenol pm, and benadryl are safe sleep aids. Of course double check with your doctor before taking anything.
