14 weeks with my last pregnancy was the earliest. I have 4 babies and experienced then earlier and more intense each time. It's normal. It's just our body's way of saying it knows what it's doing.

Yes. That's very normal. Just be mindful of the frequency. Make sure you're hydrated and all of that good stuff. You know. .....
