Are there financial support options out there for single moms who don't qualify for financial assistance ? I mean outside of child support.

Yes. I believe I make too much for govt support but still very tight on cash. I literally make $9 too much for child care assistance

Are you concerned about finances once baby is born? If you plan to take short term disability for maternity leave your income will decrease significantly which after a month qualifies you for WIC and SNAP. Also, depending on the state you live in, if you fall behind on your rent or energy bill there are grants that can help you pay for those arrears.
