Has this ever happened to anyone?

My baby girl started crying a little bit while sleeping and so I went in her room to rub her back. She felt warm and so I took her temp... it was 102 degrees. Started freaking out a bit and started to get ready to take her to er but then I checked her temp again after a couple mins and it went back to normal.
