It was something my husband wanted to do. He works with wood for the fun of it, he made our butcher block island, our wedding card box that looks like a pirate treasure chest. His groomsmen got magnetic wall mounted knife holders. He built our wedding arch and a gazebo for the back yard.
But this is going to hold our most precious treasure of all, and maybe one day she'll use it for her own kid!
