I'm seeing a fertility Specialist on June 5th!! I'm curious to what they are going to do...

They will check blood and suggest testing to check everything. Ive been there. Im pregnant now 😊 it was all worth it

@twinpeanut what all did they check for you and how long after did it take you to get pregnant? I have irregular periods so it might be different for me...

They checked to make sure my fallopian tubes were open with dye/xray, checked blood for things like thyroid problems, ultrasound to check the shape etc of my uterus and count follicles on my ovaries. They found that i have pcos with numerous follicles on my ovaries and started me on metformin

I started seeing them feb 28 u got pregnant twice, first time i mc. Nect time was in november. It can be a long process

@twinpeanut i just had an ultrasound last month of my ovaries because my doctor thought that I maybe had cysts on my ovaries but everything with my ovaries is normal

They may request everything else for testing and a semen analysis for spouse

@twinpeanut idk if my fiance would do that because he thinks everything is okay with him but im sure he would do it if the dr suggested it..

@twinpeanut right but i dont think its him either, i have irregular periods so its probably me..

Then i would go with just getting your tests etc done. Its probably pcos as well. It causes irregular periods in some women

@twinpeanut well ive had irregular periods since I had my galbladder/appendix surgery about 11 years ago...before my surgery my periods were normal...so im thinking maybe something happened there..

@breedean.wayt probably, they will look into it and can even get your periods regular
