I'm having the same issue I wish i knew what that's about.... the advice I was given was to keep putting my son back in his own bed after he falls asleep so he'll get the hint eventually 🤷🏽‍♀️

I think it's a phase. As your child gets more independent, he may have more separation anxiety. Could you place a mattress next to your bed. Or just give him a specific time limit and stick to it. Like 5 minutes with mom and then off to his bed.

@charong, yeah I think it might be separation anxiety, I've done the mattress by my bed and he still wants to be in my bed, I stay in his room until he falls asleep also but he ends up in our bed. I will try the 5 minutes with me thing though. Thank you 😊

@darnishalewis, yeah I think where I've failed is once he is in my bed I let him stay since I'm sleeping and exhausted lol. But yeah it's all about consistency with kids lol. Good luck to you! I know how frustrating it gets lol

My 5 yo does the same thing. But I have told her she is a big girl now and she can't sleep in my bed anymore. I know they r little but u can use the it's the country's law excuse. It has worked for me.
