@shylamarie, do u have to do one side at time? Do u prefer if over an electric pump?

I pump for 20 minutes, alternating each side every 10 minutes. I only pump one side at a time and use the Hakaa to catch the milk on the side I'm not pumping. @megsandbabes, I get 5 ounces each session, which is better than what I was getting with an electric, only 2-3 ounces.
