🤔 I think I'm experiencing Braxton Hicks for the first time ever... had dull aching pain in my lower abdomen and lower back... similar to what it feels like when I get ready to start my period... now my upper abdomen keeps getting hard as a rock... after a minute or 2 goes away... not really painful just annoying!
