So the other day at work, some of the girls were bashing this woman on FB for posting a picture…

So the other day at work, some of the girls were bashing this woman on FB for posting a picture right after she had given birth. The baby hadn't been cleaned off, it was a professional picture. One of them went so far as to comment a picture of ET on it, making fun of it.

"Why would you post a picture of your baby fresh out of the womb? At least clean it off first."

They're all young, like 18, 19, 20. My age. But none of them have kids, so I wasn't really mad bc they don't understand just how beautiful of a moment that truly is. But idk...it was just immature. I forgot how people my age who don't have children act, I guess. I didn't say anything, but I guess bc I didn't partake (I have a kid, I thought it was a nice picture bc I've been in that same position) one of the girls now doesn't like me. 🙄 She told one of my coworkers that I'm not worth talking to and I was a snob (I was in the back office, they thought I couldn't hear lmao).

Hurt my feelings, but it's whatever. Once I finish my training and get out on the floor, they'll have a chance to actually interact with me. I just don't partake in making fun of people and their genuine heartfelt moments. If that makes me a snob, then I'll gladly wear that title. 🤷‍♀️
