Doc appt yesterday went great. My blood work looks good and her heartbeat was nice and strong ♡ got my paper work to schedule my tour of the hospital and such and I had my first prepared childbirth class last night. Busy day yesterday. Leaving tonight for my small get away to a friend's but I'm still fighting off this cold. Sinus pressure and runny nose ughhh 😩

Can you take Sudafed for sinus pressure. I know it is safe for pregnancy, but I also know that there other health issues that make it unsafe.

@cb958805 I have some Sudafed but it doesn't really help much with the sinus pressure just the runny nose. I've been taking it here and there when my allergies get bad. I have some tyenol cold and flu and am waiting for my doc office to call back to make sure it's safe to take.

Tylenol cold and flu is safe according to my OB. He said all tylenol products, except the tylenol pm, is safe. Oh and I don't remember why but Nyquil is not safe. Sorry that just popped in my head outta nonwhere.

@cb958805 I thought it was safe as well but I just wanted to double check and the receptionist was glad I did cuz that specific one wasn't on her list but she thought it was safe but didn't wanna say just in case.

Benedryl can help to dry out the sinuses too as well as help you get some sleep
