I'm so proud of myself! I have been working at getting my body in shape after delivering my daughter and this morning I can confidently wear jeans I barely fit pre pregnancy. I've lost a lot of weight and feeling great with myself. I weigh less now than my pre pregnancy weight.

@shinelikethestars, the difference between my pre pregnancy weight and now is 26 pounds as of last week but I'm sure I've lost more since then. My belly would be almost flat if I didn't have my mommy squish. But I'm almost 7 weeks postpartum. After working on my tummy a little more I'm going to start working on facial and arm weight. Then back and legs. I'm a working progress lol

@shinelikethestars, I eat small meals instead of large meals all at once. I space my meals out and always have something to drink before I eat because often people confuse hunger and thirst. Many think they're hungry when they just need a drink. So I drink and see if that satisfies me. I also drink way less pop and eat way less junk food. I stopped craving junk food and now crave healthy foods. After having my baby my stomach doesn't allow me to eat much at one time.
