Could my baby daddy get overnights/supervised visitations if he would fail drug tests for weed & cocaine -_- I currently…

It's VERY unlikely he would get anything unsupervised

You can put in a request, it can be a state official...you can volunteer to do it...his parents and then a judge will make that decision

Put it in writing.

It depends on how many drug tests he failed and if he is seeking help to get off drugs. My friend's children's father got supervise visitation because of domestic violence and a long history of drug abuse. He was not willing to get help , so the judge ordered supervise visitations . It depends on ur family court judge, they will test him & if he fails a certain amount he wont get overnight but will have supervised visit if u request them

@mommytomia_ he can request all he wants honey but if tbey see his levels on weed & cocaine he will b lucky 2 get supervised visits.. i been in a situation like this with my oldest son he accused me of weed smoking but pasted my test but 1 cuz i did it on purpose cuz i have 2 at the time he tried everything 2 keep my son from me but it didnt work

If you have full custody then you should be able to request supervise visitation because of the drug abuse. Also any pictures text messages or anything like that keep thst for evidence @mommytomia_
