I weigh 180 im 5 ft and pregnant i want to lose weight goal is to be 110 again how can i get there faster after having baby #3 HELP
Yeahhhh its hard i am starting College and i work a full time job right now and i get home at 530 clean cook by the time im done its 8
@nancyyy_r aww, I mean you dont actually have to workout just by being active and maybe going for walks can help with loosing weight quicker especially if your diet or lifestyle is based on eating good healthy meals you know, that's how mine is sometimes she used to be super active which still is but as her mom I see a slight difference she gets tired a bit more and isn't too active sometimes.
@alma_xoxo my oldest loves to work out Dance everything she does it everyday works out shes 3 my other daughter is over weight and she HATES working out or playing on the play ground she plays 5 mins and stops like she lays on the grass. And wont wanna get up. And shes gunna be 2 in August
Aww that sucks, but then again its sort of bitter sweet lol how old are your girls? If they're old enough you should involve them into your workouts like when your going to do squats take turns and lift them up instead of weights, or when your doing donkey kicks and push ups have them take turns sitting on your back counting your reps lol that's what I do with mine she's 4 and omg she swears she knows how to do squats and push ups lmao
@alma_xoxo yessss tell me about it noone ever wants to work out with me and my girls never let me they always want to be with me even trying to work out with them suckkksssss. I need a trainer lol no really i have had ppl work out with me and my girls never let me
I'm in the same boat as you except I'm 150 5"1 😣
One thing that did work for me was the acv diet and the military diet, eating healthy 4-5 small meals a day nothing BUT water and working out at least 30-45mins a day makes a difference I'm still working on it lol but its hard no lie especially if its just you I had a friend we kept each other motivated but then she quited the 2-3rd day 😛😑
Aww dam that is hard, what about meal preping? I heard thats a good starting point
