@mommylovescoraline, I do the elliptical for about a half hour, some weight and ab machines and the treadmill walking for about 20 minutes. At night I do a set of like 100 crunches, some leg lifts, and squats
@mommylovescoraline, it's awesome because it really shows you what's in everything your eating! You can even type in homemade meals and it'll try to match it up as best as possible! Any bagged/box food you just scan the barcode and say how many servings you ate!
@mommylovescoraline, my fiancé said he picked me because of my birthing hips! Unfortunately my sons head was too big there was no coming through those hips anyway! So then he said my big boobs for feeding and then my milk dried up quickly😂😫 I count my calories using the app myfitnesspal and I workout mostly 1-2 days a week!
