So proud of the way I look 7weeks pp BUT does anyone have advice for getting rid of the Mom pooch? Sit ups aren't doing it so far lol

@beebaby, yes! I only buy healthy things but then my husband says I didn't buy anything, so he ends up going to get junk 😩 it's hard haha

There is a book called baby bod written by a physical therapist she said any kind of crunch or sit up is not good until 3 months postpartum. The book is full with info and workouts you can do. She even has an app. Book is on Amazon.

Yoga. I was told by my midwife that until your like 12 weeks pp your abdominal muscles are still trying to knit themselves together and sit ups can actually cause your stomach to buldge out more since it is so intense on your muscles. Walking/ light jogging and light yoga has helped me with my pooch
