Question mommas. My left boob has been having a burning sensation when I feed on the right side. Feels almost like how a clogged duct feels but it's not clogged. What is this 😩😩😩 (I've been ebf since Lonzo was born)

How do you know if it’s mastitis or a clogged duct?? It goes away when he nurses but then the full feeling & can feel the full duct shortly after
